The Aims of the Patient Participation Group
The Patient Participation Group is made up of a group of volunteer patients, the practice manager and one or more of the GPs from the practice. They meet on a regular basis to discuss the services on offer and how improvements can be made for the benefit of patients and the practice.
Our aim is to provide high quality modern medical care; to enable easy access to a full range of services, in an attractive environment and atmosphere. We believe that listening to our patients and working with them is the best way to help us achieve these aims.
Getting your view
The group would like to contact patients on occasion by email and/or text so that they can obtain the views of the widest group of patients possible. We would like to obtain your email address and mobile phone number to do this. Please complete the form by clicking on the picture box to the left to provide your consent for this.
