Our new appointment system 'Total Triage' is now in place and the feedback is overwhelmingly positive!

Having conducted a review of our Total Triage system that has been in place for almost 6 months, we're pleased to report that the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.

Total Triage means that your needs are assessed on first contact with the practice, ensuring your problems are dealt with in the most appropriate way.

This allows us to prioritise those with the most worrying symptoms or complex illness. By doing this we hope to help you avoid the '8am rush' or being told to call back another day.

To request a GP or ANP appointment please fill in our simple online form. You can also use this form for Admin requests such as sick notes. You do not need a log in or password!

All requests will be reviewed by a clinician in our Triage Hub, and you will be contacted with the offer of an appointment or advice where needed.

The average time for a response is approx 3 hours; but may take up to 24h (1 working day).

Our online form is open from 7am-4pm Mon-Friday. If you have a problem that needs attention between 4pm-6.30pm, please call reception for advice.

If you are unable to fill in the online form, please speak to one of our friendly receptionists who will guide you through it, or if needed will complete it on your behalf. This form will be actioned the same way if you were to do this online.

Please be assured all forms are reviewed 'in house' by Pershore Medical Practice clinicians and are not out sourced in any way.
